This interactive program is for anyone willing to suspend judgment and explore new ways of praying and reflecting. Nancy will guide participants in creating their own soul cards, including meditative prayer, visual art techniques, and journaling. No skills or experience is required. Making these collaged personal cards can open us to deeper wisdom about our spiritual journey through a prayerful and intuitive process that honors the depth and dimension of our interior selves.
Nancy K. Dunkerley is an experienced spiritual director and Christian educator who helped found both SMI and HeartPaths DFW. She is currently on faculty at the Spiritual Direction Certificate program at SMU Perkins School of Theology, where she received her Doctor of Ministry. Nancy is a native Dallasite, married to Michael Dunkerley, with whom she raised three children, each now married and parents themselves. She delights in amateur art-making, and reading mystery novels.
